Molly Ramlachan holds a Masters degree in Education jointly from University of Monash, Linchoping, British Columbia, and University of Western Cape specializing in Adult learning and Global Change. She offers an advanced academic knowledgebase, recognised through the International Golden Key Award and an extensive practical knowledge to ensure a culture of excellence and an exceptional teaching and learning environment.
As an accredited Master Trainer, validated by the British Council, she is dedicated to Continuous Professional Development of teachers and school leadership to strengthen Education Systems. Her areas of expertise include Policy Dialogue with Ministries of Education, other relevant stakeholders and also extended to collaborating Barclays Premier League (UK). In addition to this she is an Expert Trainer on Instructional Leadership, Inclusive Pedagogies, 21st Skills development based on progressive, dynamic pedagogies. Providing face to face and virtual Mentoring and Coaching to School leadership, teachers, facilitators are among her other areas of expertise.
As an immersed consultant for Zenex Foundation, she worked with individual school leaders to identify gaps in Pedagogical leadership to strengthen the Education System and improve learning outcomes.
She was selected by the British Council to provide Strategic leadership on their flagship Professional Partnership Learning programme in SSA that focused on the UN Sustainable goals through International collaborative learning with UK, SSA and other countries outside of SSA and wrote case studies for publication.
As an invitee to British Council Mass open online courses, she created content. She reviews, makes recommendation for learning programmes and adapts face to face learning programmes for online delivery. Presenter at conferences on various topics and to keeps an up-to-date with knowledge base of international education and best practices.
Molly Ramlachan is deeply committed to adding value and making a positive impact on Educations and is equally committed to communities where she volunteers her time in fund raising, chairing women empowerment programmes, most notably working with G20 countries Mega Beach clean-up Innovative based on the theme One Earth, One Family, One future.
