Mrs Olufunmilayo Ogunsi is a trained and certified teacher, and an Education Consultant with wealth of experience in education delivery, spanning four (4) decades. She graduated from the prestigious University of Ife in 1978 with a B.A.Ed (Eng) and started work as a teacher in 1979. She has since then run the whole gamut of school teaching service; from being a classroom teacher, Head of Department, Vice Principal, and Principal to an Administrator par excellence. While in service, she distinguished herself as a trainer, cascading trainings to teachers and school principals in her Education District and across the Districts in Lagos State amongst other training activities. She was a three-time winner of the Lagos Eko Project, Governor’s Award. She retired statutorily from the Lagos State Teaching Service as Director of Education/ Principal in 2014.

She has a broad knowledge of organizing, managing and supporting the day to day activities required for transforming educational institutions to 21st Century standards; and School heads to Instructional leaders.. She accomplishes these by Mentoring as well as supporting teachers and school leaders to improve their educational systems so as to raise students’ attainments.

She is extensively trained locally and internationally; a certificated Coach, Teacher and Master Mentor respectively; certified by Pearson. She was part of the drivers of Change to the New Methodology of Teaching and Learning in Lagos State, 2011-2015. She has also attended Advanced School Leadership Practicums twice in England between 2011 and 2013. She was also a Validated Trainer and Facilitator for the British Council 2014- 2022.

Presently, as a Trainer and an Education Consultant; she is dedicated to improving the quality of education delivery across Nigeria and beyond. She is interested in working with others to build better equipped teachers and virile school support systems that thrive on sharing best practices and modern trends in education delivery.
